One of the strongest structures I have ever made..

Coniston Map

  • The National Trust campsite at Hoathwaite is located on the western shore of Lake Coniston set high with fantastic views over the lake and surrounding fells (does have lake access but do need to do a 5/10 minute walk to the lake shore - all part of National Trust land)
  • A great base to access some of the many fantastic activities to be done in the surrounding area what ever the weather..  It is a recommendation if you fancy something a little different, a little Gem of a site..
  • This Year hoping to be serving our popular Wood Fired Pizzas a short walk away :)

Aspen 17ft GeoDome

Inside our GeoDome Aspen

When inside our GeoDome you will have everything that you need right on natures’ doorstep.. with your feet up by the fire.

I have made it so that you can stand up at all parts therefore maximising space. There is also a window that is both for gazing out of but can also be ‘opened’ a little to allow some air to flow through as when the wood burner is on full, it is sometimes a little too toasty!

The GeoDome is made in 3 layers, an waterproof outer, a mid layer of insulation and a inner lining layer which complements the Bamboo and wooden frame..

  • Woodburner
  • Fully stocked kitchen (without the food ;)) so you can cook up a storm
  • Proper table and chairs, as you won't always want to sit on a futon
  • Opening window for when the Woodburner makes the GeoDome a little too toasty
  • Lockable door
  • BBQ / Firepit with seating
  • Futons for sleeping on
  • LED Lighting
  • Bedding provided
  • A Basket of wood for the Wood Burner
